Dianne Donaldson

Manager & Escrow Officer

Dianne was raised in Sheridan, and graduated from Sheridan High School. After attending the University of Arkansas in both Fayetteville and Little Rock she began working in the title industry, initially as an Escrow Assistant in Little Rock, and eventually transitioning to the role of an Escrow Officer. In 1996 she began working with McDonald Abstract in Sheridan as an Escrow Officer, and has been in Sheridan working in this role ever since. Dianne continues to make her home in Grant County, where she is an active supporter of the community, serving as President of the Grant County Chamber of Commerce, and also as a long-time member of the Timberfest Committee. Dianne’s extensive knowledge of the community and her experience in dealing with all types of real estate closings have earned her the reputation as being the best in the market.
